Mastering the art of perpetual blooming

Alex Gaw started writing and playing his own songs at the tender age of 35. Now it's the only thing he wants to do, other than hanging with his partner and two children in Round Rock Texas, and he's been feverishly making up for lost time. His songs about inadequacy, relationships, and the world as he sees it are brutally honest. Well, except the one about a failed ritual sacrifice at the end of the world—that one's brutally fictional. Okay, and there are a few songs for his kids. Those are brutally silly.

Sometimes funny, sometimes tender, sometimes self-indulgently mopey, Alex Gaw is a human person whose songs are sure to reach at least a small number of other human people.
